  1. Where are you located? Where do you operate?

    We are located in Brisbane, Australia. However, we have worked with businesses throughout Australia and overseas. 

  2. How will my content be delivered?

    A link will be provided for you to directly download the requested content.

  3. When will payment be requested?

    An invoice will be sent via PayPal as soon as the requested content has been delivered. Payment will be due within 10 days of delivery. Late fees will apply if the payment isn’t completed in this timeframe. For more information, see our Terms Of Service. 

  4. How long will it take to receive my content?

    Our turnaround times will vary depending on the project. For our photography, videography, and writing packages, we strive to deliver the content within 1 to 2 weeks, although this cannot be guaranteed if any unforeseen circumstances arise. In the unlikely event that content cannot be delivered in this timeframe, we will offer plenty of notice and will work hard to deliver the content as soon as we can. 

  5. Where can I see examples of your previous work? 

    Head over to the ‘About’ section on our website and click ‘Projects’. You’ll be offered with plenty of examples of our previous work. If you require more examples, send through an email and simply ask. 

  6. Can you create alternative packages and prices for specific projects?

    Absolutely! If you offer some specifics on what will be required of us, we can provide an alternative package and price specific to your needs.
